We wake up every morning with an alarm but we wake up much later. When we wake up we start an unhealthy morning by busyness. Thus our whole day beca me very boring.
When the alarm starts, we turn it off and go back to sleep. This sleep is, much deeper than before. This small mistake points us to the tendency of, do the day’s work later. As a result, we have lost the tendency to complete any work in proper time.

Breakfast is a very important meal – it can either make or break your day. You can take light green tea. Eat something healthy all the time in the morning like you eat boiled egg,some frood ,nuts in the morning.
